It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, crash logs and analytics information).

While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data and information that can be linked to Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data is important to Us, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Access Requirements

Prior to GrowCalth version 3.0.0 (as per Play Store): Our App or Service will only require a total of two (2) Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data is being accessed, specifically "fitness.activity.read" and "fitness.body.read" under Google's Fitness API.

GrowCalth version 3.0.0 and above (as per Play Store): Our App or Service will require a total of two (2) Health Connect data scopes, specifically Steps and Distance, of which Our App or Service will only require read-only permissions.

Accessing, Using, Storing, and Sharing of Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data

• All Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data is only accessed and used through Our App or Service on Your Device and WILL NEVER be accessed or used outside of said App or Service.
• All Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User Data/Health Connect is always kept private and stored securely locally on Your Device, and at no point will Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data ever be stored externally, outside of Our App or Service or Your Device.
• We have no intentions of sharing Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data, as such all of Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data will at no point ever be transmitted or shared outside of Our App or Service or Your Device.

Accessing, Using, Storing, and Sharing of information that can be linked to Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data

Information that can be linked to Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data include but are not limited to metrics or calculations that are derived from Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data, and as a result can be used to calculate and find Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data.

The accessing, using, and storing of information that can be linked to Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data adheres to the same principles and measures in place that we have for the accessing, using, and storing of Your Sensitive and Non-Sensitive Google User/Health Connect Data.
