GrowCalth is a school house fitness platform. Students earn house points from steps and workout challenges, follow announcements, compare NAPFA-related standings, and compete on school leaderboards. Staff use the GrowCalth Dashboard to view school analytics and publish updates.
On iPhone, GrowCalth reads step count and walking/running distance from Apple Health via HealthKit (with your permission). On Android, GrowCalth uses Health Connect—often alongside Google Fit, depending on how your device is set up. Aggregated totals sync so your school can run fair house leaderboards. Details vary by platform; see our Privacy Policy for how health-related data is handled.
Leaderboards are scoped to your school. Houses earn points from steps and from completing challenges (such as camera-based rep workouts). You can see how houses rank over time; staff get additional charts and summaries in the GrowCalth Dashboard.
We take security seriously and use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal and usage data. Health and fitness data on device is only accessed through the platform APIs you approve; when information is processed on our services, we apply protections described in our Privacy Policy (including how sensitive health-related data and derived metrics are handled).
